The emedia team consists of individually talented individuals who each bring a unique perspective to the group. Our company is distributed between the design and account management teams to ensure that adequate attention if given to every client - large or small.
For every client, a dedicated Account Manager is assigned along with a Creative team member. As we are a close knit team with an open plan method of working, we carefully monitor work flows to ensure that every job is handled in a timely fashion and expect that any staff member within each division may work on every client. This allows for better diversity of work and full work flows for each employee.
